Shipping & Delivery Time
Luxury lingerie is worth the wait. Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in NYC within 1–3 business days (M–F, excluding federal holidays). We cannot guarantee the processing time for orders of sale merchandise during peak holidays and our semi-annual sales due to the increased volume of orders. Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way!

Here’s what you need to know:
- Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
- The cost of enclosed items will be on external customs forms even if the parcel is a gift with an enclosed gift receipt.
- Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).
- When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.

SHIPPING MATERIALS
All Journelle Undercover packages are mailed in branded Journelle Undercover boxes or soft envelopes.
RETURNS
All Journelle Undercover orders are shipped with a gift receipt, return form and/or a prepaid return label for domestic US orders if applicable. Our return policy can be found here.
GIFT WRAPPING
Sending a gift? Gift wrapping is available for all orders for just $6. Just select GIFT WRAP during checkout and your order will come wrapped in tissue and a (beautiful) Journelle Undercover box with a handwritten card with your personal message. Don’t worry, gift receipts are included as well!
DISCREET PACKAGING
We are happy to send your lovelies to you in discreet packaging. We offer it as an option on our cart page when you are checking out. Just contact us via phone and we can make sure no one knows your business.
